Iron is found in your leafy greens like kale, and calcium is found fruits, seeds and vegetables like broccoli! B12 is easily found in nutritional yeast!

We make sure the child has a generous sized portion so they can eat until their tummies are content! Research indicates that carbohydrates are what fill people up, and we will make sure that every child gets enough energy so they can learn and play enthusiastically all day!
